Where can I find the UDI-DI?
The UDI-DI (Unique Device Identification – Device Identifier) is the unique, static identifier of your medical device. It is printed on the product label or packaging — usually as a barcode and in plain text, often near symbols like "REF" or "GTIN". Enter the UDI-DI without additional production data such as lot, expiry date, or serial number (UDI-PI).
